Returns Charges
If you choose to return your item(s) then the cost of return shipping is based on the number of items you wish to return. Returns shipping costs $9.95 per item. So, for example, returning 1 item will cost $9.95; 2 items will cost $19.90; 3 items will cost $29.85, and so on.
We do not offer free returns shipping, and you can only return your item for a refund, If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, you will need to place a new order and pay for shipping again.
Refunds
When returning items, by default, we will only provide you with a refund via your original mode of payment. The refunded amount will normally appear in your bank within 5 working days.
Elevated Risk
If your country is in an Elevated Risk area, such as Mali and Niger, a further fee of $24.95 will be applied to your order to cover shipping and handling costs for Elevated Risk countries. Our customer service department will contact you directly if your country is in an Elevated Risk area.
