Important Update Regarding Management Transition
Please note that as of February 12, SHUKR is under new management and operating from the United States. Orders placed before February 12 must contact the previous SHUKR support team directly by sending a WhatsApp message to +962 799409406. When contacting them, please include your complete order number (beginning with 1 or 2), your full name, and your shipping address to help them locate your order efficiently.
Orders placed on or after February 12 follow the policy outlined below.

Avoiding Returns!
We truly want you to love your purchase. The most common reason for returns in online fashion is incorrect sizing, which is why we’ve taken extra care to help you choose confidently before placing your order. Each product page includes a detailed “Size Guide." Inside, you’ll find two helpful charts:
• Body Size Chart – to measure yourself accurately • Garment Measurements Chart – to review the exact measurements of the item
We recommend using both charts together. First, take your body measurements using the body size chart. Then compare the garment measurements to a similar piece you already own to ensure the best possible fit. Taking a few extra moments to review both charts will greatly reduce sizing issues and help you select the right size with confidence, inshaAllah.
Return & Refund Policy (Orders Placed After February 12)
At SHUKR, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be in the same condition you received it • Not be worn outside of the home • Be unwashed • Have all original tags attached • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
Please not that shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
If these conditions are met, the following options apply:
Full Refund:
If a full-priced product is returned within 7 days of delivery (excluding international orders), you may request a full refund to your original payment method. If your original order qualified for free shipping and you return items from that order, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. The maximum eligible refund amount credited back to the original payment method is $200. Any return exceeding this amount will be issued as store credit.
Store Credit:
If a product is returned after 7 days but before 30 days from delivery (while meeting return conditions), you will receive store credit only. Store credit: • Is valid for 12 months • Will be issued via email • Can be used toward any future purchase
The initial shipping charges for sending the products to you are not refunded, except in cases where SHUKR is at fault for sending an incorrect product.
Partial refunds or store credit may be issued depending on the elapsed time and condition of the merchandise. For international orders, please see our International Returns Policy below.
Sending Back a Return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. You may use any carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend:
• Using a trackable shipping service • Purchasing shipping insurance
SHUKR is not responsible for lost returns or return shipping fees.
To ensure fairness and prevent misuse of our return policy, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to eligible returns. In some cases, customers may order multiple sizes or colors with the intention of returning most of the items. This practice results in significant operational and shipping costs. Additionally, excessive returns increase handling demands and environmental impact. For this reason, we encourage customers to carefully review our detailed Size Guide before purchasing. We provide both a body size chart and garment measurement chart on every product page to help you select the correct size confidently and minimize the need for returns.
How to submit a return
Please email helpdesk@shukrclothing.com for instructions to submit your return. Our Customer Service team will review your request and contact you within 24-48 business hours.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund:
• All purchases made during promotional sitewide sales (including Eid Sales, Clearance, Blowout Sales, etc.) • Any item marked as Final Sale • Orders where a discount code, promo code, or coupon code was applied at checkout • Special Promotions (Example: “Get 1 Free” Offers) • Gift cards • Gift boxes • Hijab bundles • Sale hijabs • Swimwear • Hijab caps • Scrunchies • Pins
We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after your purchase date.
For promotions such as “Get 1 Free With Purchase Over $___”:
• All items purchased under the promotion are Final Sale • Free items must be returned if the qualifying item is returned • If the free item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the store credit issued
International Returns Policy
At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
International customers are responsible for:
• All return shipping costs • Duties and customs fees • Ensuring the package is trackable and insured
Restocking Fee
All international returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee accounts for the additional costs associated with international orders, including outbound shipping expenses and customs handling. We aim to be transparent about this policy to ensure clarity before initiating a return.
Duties and Taxes
We do not refund international duties or taxes paid at checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders, nor duties and taxes paid at customs for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Customers may contact their local customs office directly to inquire about potential tax refunds.
Getting Your Refund
Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. After approval, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
If you do not see your refund:

Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We begin processing orders quickly, often within a few hours, so cancellation requests must be made promptly. If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund and no charges will apply. If your order has already been shipped, outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Any applicable return shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the customer.
SHUKR reserves the right to deny a return, refund, or store credit if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances.
