Shipping Charges and Delivery Policy

As of February 12, 2026, SHUKR is under new management, and all operations and fulfillment are now based in the United States.

This transition allows SHUKR to serve you better with:

• Faster fulfillment — no more 2–3 week processing times
• Orders shipping within 24–72 hours
• Delivery within 3–5 business days for most U.S. customers
• U.S.-based customer support
• U.S.-based fulfillment
• No U.S. tariff fees, customs charges, or international clearance delays for domestic orders

At SHUKR, we strive to make your order our top priority. Orders are processed within 24–72 hours from the order date unless otherwise stated on our website notification bar.

Orders placed on weekends or select holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure that your shipping address and full legal name are entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at: helpdesk@shukrclothing.com. If we are unable to verify your shipping address, your order may be delayed by 24–48 hours. Orders containing out-of-stock items may require an additional 5 business days to process.

All orders now ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment center. Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout. Furthermore, delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination and seasonal demand.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We use USPS as our shipping carrier to send out our packages. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping – USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days to most locations.
  • Expedited Shipping – USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days to most locations.
  • International Shipping – USPS First-Class Package International: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

  • Expedited International Shipping – USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days to most locations.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected and your country’s regulations. Available shipping options may include:

  • DHL Express Worldwide – 3–7 business days
  • UPS Standard – 7–10 business days

  • USPS International – 7–21 business days


Please note that SHUKR is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international deliveries.

Once your order has shipped, SHUKR is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. We recommend adding insurance or selecting a signature-required option if you would like added security. Please email us before shipment if you would like to request these services. Additional fees may apply.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Reshipping fees must be paid before the order is resent
• If a refund is requested, original shipping fees will be deducted
• A 15% restocking fee may apply 

Helping You Get the Right Fit

SHUKR wants you to be happy with your purchase and not have to return it. Most returns from online clothing stores are made because of sizing issues. SHUKR has therefore gone to extra lengths to make choosing the correct size an almost risk-free affair. We offer two charts to help customers choose the correct size: a body size chart and a garment measurements chart. These 2 charts can be found together on each product page in the tab called “Size Guide”. Use the body size chart to take the measurements of your own body and the garment measurements chart to see the measurements of the actual clothing itself, which you can then compare to any item of clothing you already own to see if it is similar or not. If you use both charts then you will be guaranteed the correct clothing size, inshaAllah.

Cancellation of orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We begin processing orders quickly, often within a few hours, so cancellation requests must be made promptly. If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund and no charges will apply. If your order has already been shipped, outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Any applicable return shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Payments

All online transactions are secure. SHUKR does not have access to your payment details. Payments are processed through secure and encrypted services including Shopify Payments and PayPal.
